Default backspacing ##'s on a 17x11 ZR1 wheel

what is the correct backspacing on a 17x11 zr1 wheels to make a 315/35/17 tire fit ?

50 mm offset and 7.93" BS

Thanks I asked for a certain reason so I know what offset to have my Boyds built at. Almost 8" seems to me that the tire would be entirly to close to the inner fender .

Well an eleven inch wide wheel is pushing the absolute maximum of wheel width on a Camaro. One the 11" TT2's the offset is like 44 mm and people complain tha thte wheel "appears" to stick out of the wheel well. So the offset must be between 44 and 50 mm. The smaller the offset the more like the wheel will stick out and the larger the offset the more likely the tire will rub the inner wheel well.
