Default Oe wheels out of stock?

I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with oewheels being out of stock? About how long do they usually fullfill the order because i called on the 27th of feb and they said that my wheels would be in a week late from the date i called and still nothing. I really think they should keep their inventory counted right because when i ordered they said they were in stock.

Hopefully the boat from china with the container that has your wheels will show up soon. Just be patient, I had to wait like 6 months for my koni's to come in from holland. Its pretty common to have to wait for aftermarket parts.

When I ordered the black z06 rims for my Camaro the rear 18s were out of stock/back ordered. Only took a few weeks after I got my front 17s for the rears to arrive if I remember correctly, of course that's been years ago now.

Waiting is all part of the deal, but waiting for oewheels is kinda ridiculous, i can see if you were having custom forged wheels made but i agree with ya, inventory should be handled better, but ya never know who is going to buy and when, but consider tax return time there prob running real thin on inventory or certain wheels, plus they just had a few killer sales,be patient killer they will come,

I guess no one ever stopped to think that perhaps there could have been production issues from the manufacturer...

i had an issue last year where one of my oe wheels got damaged and i went to them for a replacement only to find out they had discontinued the wheel 3 years ago.

luckily i found someone on here who had 2 used wheels in the exact style i have and i now have a spare wheel (and still have the damaged one since the damage was mainly cosmetic to the inner barrol)

Elis,

Which wheels and sizes did you order?

what is the first and last name on the account?

I can look into it and get you a better idea on when they may be back in stock.

It has been insanly busy right not with everyone getting there tax returns, much busier than the last few years at this time.

you can pm me if you dont want to give you info out on the thread.

Default Learned my lesson

ive wasted the last 3 weeks dealing with OE wheels. I have learned my lesson. I will never do any business with them and will tell everyone I can to stay away as well.

Buyer beware!!!!

I had to wait like 2 weeks to get mine. But it was worth it. Gotta figure with tax time everyone is spending money.
