Default 2013 Camaro Rims on 2000 S10

Hey everybody. I'm new to posting, and working with cars in general. I just bought a 2000 S10 with an LS1 from an 01 TA. It's tires are bald and I'm in the process of getting a set of barely used rims and tires. From what I gather I need to get spacers to compensate for the the 6" back spacing of the Camaro's wheels. I found a 1.5 inch adapter That should bring the backspacing down to the S10's 4.5". Is there anything I'm overlooking? The wheels are 18x8 and have 245/55R18 tires. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
