Default 18x9 Torq Thrust II M (Will these fit?)

So I was looking into getting some 18x9's for my Trans-Am and I really want to go with the TTIIM style wheels. From here:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMERICAN-RACING-AR605M-TORQ-THRUST-M-AR605M8912C-18X9-34MM-5X4-75-CHROME-RIM-/140920287760?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item20cf80f210&vxp=mtr#vi-ilComp
If you check the compatibility list inside the listing a 2002 Trans Am nor a Camaro is compatible. I emailed the seller and they say they will work. So I'm confused and don't really understand offsets and such all that much. Figured I'd come here and get the real answer. I tried searching for threads dealing with 18in sizes, but could only find topics with peeps running 18x10.5 and such. These are 18x9 all around.

100 views and nobody has any input? I don't feel comfortable trusting the seller when I know you guys on here know your **** more than anyone else. The seller says the offset is minimal and would work without issue. Just trying to make certain before I blow $900.

That offset isn't right, your tires will stick out past the fenders

Yes, you can run 17x9.5 & 18x10.5. Just make sure the offsets are right. I believe that Tirerack offers that combo.
