Need help picking out tire sizes!

275 is too skinny for an 11" wheel (although it will "fit", it will look and perform terrible compared to running a 315, but the honda/VW kids will give mad prop y0!)
Anyway, some tire companies run more narrow/wide than others, but 315s will fit your 18x10.5 wheel and look good:

From the factory the C5 Z06 comes with 265 front, 285 rear. You can run 275 front, 315 rear.

No, they didnt. Its a 295 35 18 rear. Every one came with those and Goodyear F1s. Fronts, you are correct.
