Can't decide between SP9000 or FK451
I am putting these on my GTO. I am using 18x9 in the back and 18x8 up front for wheels. Tires are 275/35/18 and 245/40/18
Looking at Dunlop SP9000 and Falken FK451
Important aspects to me are;
Quiet
Great in the wet
Above average on dry
Longer life with no increase in noise level
which do you think would be superior? I would also like them to look tough but that's a very distant 5th in importance. I'm leaning towards the Dunlops.

I'm running Falken FK451's 275-35-18, on all corners on my TA. So maybe i can help you a little. I'll rate your aspects on a scale of 1-10.
Quiet- 6
Wet traction- 8-9, Really surprised me how nice they are on wet roads.
Dry- 7, Could be better, but not bad.
Life/Noise- 280 treadwear sooo.... Not alot of road noise. Then again my exhaust drowns that out anyways.
Overall i was happy with my purchase. I wont be buying them again however. Going the dr route next time. 1 thing i DONT like is how the sidedwall meets the rim. There's a gap due to the rim protecting feature of the tires. Looks funny to me. You could click my sig pic for some pictures, to give you an idea.
Why not check out BFG KDWS's. Good all-around tire. Ratings are- 400,A,A
