My cell phone camera really doesn't do these justice. I had regular race stars but traded with my friend for these, i love them on pewter.

They certainly stand out from the normal polished race stars. I think on your car black on black would look sinister.

thanks!

rears are 15X10 with a 325/50/15 M/T and the fronts are 15X3.75 (i think or 3.5) with the standard M/T sportsman front runner radial.

OP, help me out here. I can get a great deal on the Dragstars in a 17x7 and 15x10 combo. My car is a Pewter WS6 like yours and I love the way these wheels look on your car. I have two questions through.

1) Did you have to do anything to make the 15x10 wheel/tire fit (BFH mod, roll the fenders, cut out bump-stops, etc)? If I get these, I'll likely run a 275/50/15 Nitto 555 tire.

2) I know you don't have a 17x7 up front, but maybe your or someone else can answer this for me. What is the widest tire I can run on a 17x7 wheel? My car is a street car that will see limited track time. Would I be able to fit a 235/45/17, or is that too wide?

If you're going to run a 275 you will have no problem. I did the BFH and rolled my fenders to make the 325's fit. Just removed the bump stops didn't cut the brackets off.

I previously had a 325 tire on the CCW's I sold, so I've already BFH'd the rear inner fenders. I'd love to be able to run a 325 drag radial out the back. How hard was it to remove the bump-stops?

You have any opinions on whether or not a 235 or 245 tire would work on a 17x7 wheel?

I would imagine you could get the 235 on but I don't know for sure so don't take my advice lol... The bump stops just bolt on and off.

Looks so bitchin! I think some Darkstars would look amazing on my car, but the chrome racestars get the job done for now. Just cant justify the extra to cost to sell these and buy new ones of the same rim
