will a 28x10.5x15 0r 28x11.5x15 slick fit on a 01 f body?

i'm running 26X11.5x16 they fit great,but i want to use a 28" tall tire. will it fit? or do i need to mod the fenders? how do i mod the fenders? a body shop,or do i do it? THANKS,mike c.

i have 28 x10.5 x 15 on 15x10 draglites with no spacers and i had to do alot of beating and cutting so they wouild not rub inside evertime i turned. they don't rub near as much with 15 x 8's but i don't like how they look on 15 x 8's
