Breaking in ET streets?

I put like 200 miles on them, and I put like 2 passes on them...5-6 from another person and I wasn't impressed with my two runs...

I lowered pressure to like 15-16 psi and burned them well, and they still didnt hook worth ****..

I was real disappointed but maybe I'll give them another shot.

do a burnout for about 10 seconds at 80-100 mph in 3rd gear, let the tires set overnight, will bring oils to the surface. Should help. I just seasoned my M&H tires today.

I was losing about .2 off my 330' time which is right after the nitrous hits...damn spinning

mw01-welcome to the club. et-streets-drags are ****. try m&h racemasters www.intercotire.com i borrowed a set from my bud,they were 5 years worn out old and they still pulled my front tires off the ground with a 1.59 60foot(m6) the tires were the 305/40/16 musclecar drags on a set of old LT1 rims. i now have a set of the 26/11.5/16 cheater slicks and the out hook mt-tires. call and ask for tom lorden's phone # goodluck bro.
