OP...if you're not confused by now, you should be, lol. Broad range of suggestions in here...
The recipe is simple....
1. 18's all the way around. 9.0 - 9.5 up front, 10.0 - 10.5 out back. 275/35 and 295/35. Staggered diameters FAIL... If you have the budget for Forgestars, do it right. You're from Michigan...stay away from 19s and greater unless you like replacing tires and bent rims.
2. Every car is not different in terms of wheel/tire fit requiring fender "work".....lol. Correct offset and adjustable pan hard to center the rear end works every time. Tire width, if forcing 10lbs of **** in a 5lb bag (say going with an 11" wheel and 315 tire), will dictate whether fender work is required once the tire, wheel offset and centering is established. Every car is different...lmao.

I do plan on lowering it, but not this year. It will probably need new shocks next year (2015), so I will lower it at that time. On that note, I would like a tire/wheel combo that will fit without heavy modifications to the wheels wells. I'm thinking an 18x10.5" rear with a 295 tire is probably the largest I can go in the rear then?
I love this look! doit!
EDIT: also just found this thread, you could probably find some inspiration there.

Thanks for the info Peter! I'll definitely contact Rutger about rolling the fenders as soon as I get the car out this spring.
