Default what size tires do I need on front of my 98 camaro????

Ok I have a question..I have a set of wheels 19x10 n back and 18x8.5 n front,I found a set of 255/30or35/R19's and also 2 295/ 30 /19 could I put the 255 on a 10'wide wheel, and if I do go with the 255 on back, what would a good size tire be to run on the front,to make it look pretty good???? Maybe post some pics,I have the c6 Z06 wheels!!

No, don't put a 255 on a 10" wide rim. 295/30/19 on the rear would keep the correct diameter as stock on the rear and I'd go with 255/35/18's on the front.

I ran a 245/45R18 on my 99 T/A. So a 245 or a 255 should both work fine. I didnt have any rubbing or anything close to a rub.

It would work, but look really bad. A 40 or 45 series tire on the front with a 30 series tire on the rear would just look very odd...the sidewall would be noticeably taller on the front than the rear.

I've run C6 rims before, and your best option if you're going to run an 18's on the front and 19's on the rear is 255/35/18 front and 275 (up to 295)/30/19 rear. I ended up running 19x10's all the way around with 275/30/19's because I didn't like the staggered look on the F-Body. However, that didn't last long either because I could get traction with a 30 series tire AND the ride was horrendous!
