Default Stock height Pewter SS: wheels?

I've been searching around here for a few days trying to make a decision. It's nearly time to put the Camaro back on the road for the spring, but that'll require new tires.

For money's sake, I'm tempted to just reuse the stock 10spokes. But, part of me likes the idea of new rims.

I've seen quite a few pictures the last few days, but haven't really seen anything in person, so I'm hoping for input. I'm partial to polished/chrome rims, on this color car, but I'm open to suggestions.

I think the important factor here is I'm trying to keep the stock height. I scrape occasionally as it is in this neck of the woods, with speed bumps and driveways, so lowering it isn't really in my cards.

I like the look of the TT2 (however overplayed it may be), and the deep dish C5s look nice as well, but more opinions pictures would be helpful!

I would keep the stock rims. 90% of any aftermarket wheels will make it look even more like a tonka truck without lowering springs.

You're probably right. It seems the TT2s don't look terrible too, but polishing isn't on my short list of wants...

I think I've narrowed it down to a set of chrome SS 10 spokes and maybe chrome OE Wheels deep dish ZR1. It's a toss up to me: I like the 10 spoke look, but the 10.5" rear ZR1 seems tempting...

I had C6 chrome replicas that came with my pewter z28. I liked them at first but they are sooooo overplayed around here and they were china replicas that weighed a million pounds. I was dead set on chrome TT2s but they were on back order for a few months at the time so I went with a nice set of stock SS 10 spokes I found on here for $500 and couldn't be happier, it looks awesome but tires do suck to get mounted on them...

I personally like the stock 10 spokes, so I recommend keeping them.

Well, I ended up with some OE wheels chrome deep dish zr1s. The price was untouchable, and they give the car a good look.

If they ever offer 10-spoke replicas with a 10.5-11in rear, I'm all over them....

Just get a set of ten spokes and when you get the money have two of them widened.
