Re-drill Ford bolt pattern....to fit GM. Anyone done this?

That would work, but one cautionary comment. What will you carry for a spare tire? A wheel that's drilled for the Ford pattern or the GM pattern?

I would only need a ford spare. The fronts would also be ford bolt pattern. I would re drill the pattern into the front hubs.
