Default front tires for 15x3.75 skinnies?

I bought some mt's and they're getting sent back. They have zero tread and are apparently not street legal on the front. So what's a good street tire to put on the front that can atleast go 100+mph?

Which M/t's? Did you look at their sportsman SR radials? They make them in a 24x5.00r15 and a 26x6.00r15 that would fit. I currently run these tires on the street and there rated to 130mph.

M/T Sportsman Fronts used to come in 4 and 8 ply, the latter were for heavy cars. I ran a few sets of them.
