Default What Socket is required to remove this wheel?

Hi, I'm wondering if somebody could point me in the right direction. I'd like to know what size and type if possible.
Its on an 01 Camaro.

They look like the OE lugs with the plastic caps on them. First, unscrew the caps, then use a 19MM or 3/4" socket...

Thanks you guys. I have no experience with 4th gens. I couldn't tell if they're lug nuts that were specific to the rims and there was little clearance between the rim and the lug nut. But if they are caps that would be great.
