will these fit?

I have a 2002 Z28 that needs tires, just saw some new take off rims / tires off a 2014 camaro size 245/55R18 will this combo fit on my car without rubbing issues and what about the offset vs what I have now?

No they won't fit. The 5th gen tires are much taller than ours. Stock tire height on 4th gens in 25.7". Those tires are 28.6". I don't think they'd even fit in your wheel wells.
