Wheel Weight Placement Wrong?

Wheel Weight Placement Wrong? I got new sport comp 2's on my z28 and noticed they didn't put any wheel weights on the outside of the wheel like they were before. It looks like they just loaded up the inside of the wheel with more weights. I got it done at a discount tire. Does this seem ok?

The sticky weights are becoming standard practice now, to prevent damage to the face of the wheel. Several modern factory wheels don't even come with the necessary lip to use the clip-on weights, so these are the only option for those applications.
