...depends on what size tires your run... The overall diameter difference needs to be less than 1" front to rear...

Sorry to dig up an old thread but i have the rubbing problem on the back with these c6 wheels. 19 inch. Im running 1.25 inch adapters. If i were to get 1 inch adapters would the studs touch the back. I really want to fix this before i cut all the way through my sidewalls. If anyone has ran this setup with 1 inch adapters instead of the 1.25 let me know.

There isn’t enough recess on the back off the OEM C6 wheels to clear the studs with a 1” spacer. The aftermarket repros (OE Wheels LLC) do have enough of a recessed space on the back to clear. I have both and ran a 1” spacer with the repros and 1.25” with the orIginal OEM wheels.

Another option would be to cut the studs. I went the other route and went with longer studs on my new rear, so I’m going to cut back to a simple 12mm spacer to get them tucked in better.
