Default Can I run a 18x10.5 with a 27 offset?

Car is an 01 WS6. I finally found a set of affordable wheels that are different from everyone else and are actually kinda wide. Problem is I had my calculations backwards I think with the offsets. Will a 10.5 with 27mm offset still fit in the wheel wells? I'm pretty confident it will but this is one aspect that I simply can't accurately picture at all.

there is a sticky at the top of the section that has all of the offset/wheel size info...... 18x10.5 rear +38 to +50mm offset. so +27 will stick out of the fenders and look terrible and rub like a **** when lowered like said above and +22 will be even worse.

EDIT:
18x10.5 +50 offset for reference
