Tire question I want to buy some tires but I don't know what tires are in the market that are good for drag/street I really don't drag much but I have a 500 rwhp/ 47x torque 2002 camaro ss I have some 18inch wheel 10.5 width iforged wheels aero what would be the perfect tires to wrap around. Any suggestions would highly appreciate it😃
Will the car ever have to be driven in poor weather? This will make a big difference on which direction I would recommend you go. If the car will only be driven in sunny weather I recommend looking at Mickey Thompson Drag Radials. If you are looking to drive the car is some light rain, I had good success with Nitto 555Rs and BFG drag radials. You definitely sacrifice some traction compared to the Mickeys in a dry weather drag race situation but the drivability on damp roads is much better.
^^^^I think you're gonna hear the same thing over and over. I dove into this when I first bought my car as well. There is also the Nitto 05R which is a dry weather tire only as well. I have them and like them but have never raced and dont make too much power. I put the NT05's on the front which are super aggressive and sort of match the backs. Handles great despite having a drag racing tire on the back. My 2 cents.

Question Well the size tires I got now are the g-Force kdw2 Bf Goodrich on size 295/35ZR18 and I try getting them on Nittos 555r and now most tire places don't got them on neither brand they got the 285/35zr18 is there any difference.
