What wheels should I get? Blue Green Chameleon Formula
Gonna need some new wheels after I do my H/C/I and get a repaint. What should i go with? I'm open to pretty much anything. Really leaning towards some TT2's even though they are already on a **** ton of f-bodies. They still look great in my opinion. I also just like a big *** and want an 11 inch rim and 315 in the back.
But if anyone has any other suggestions I'd appreciate them. I'm really not looking to go over 1500 bucks on rims alone. I cant justify spending CCW money on a car that's only going to be worth 8 grand.
Regardless thanks for stopping in and taking a look at my turd polisher.

I would love to do that. Before I bought this car it had WS6 wheels. I just can't find any sportlines for a good price, and if they are they have major curb rash which does not seem fixable, or easily fixable. I'd rather not spend 4 days repairing rims.
The widening process freaks me out too. I'm hesitant to even buy the 505 torq thrust because they are two-piece china rims now.
And I like the rims too, but they have bad curb rash, getting bored of the thin spoke, and I figured its time for a change once I do heads and a cam. Finding tires for 18x10.5 rims is a big pain in the *** too. They are out there, but the tires I want usually are not in that size. So I figured I would either drop to a 17 all around or staggered 18/19

I like c5 dd polished aluminum a lot
I know. It's unoriginal. But it's a classic rim, they will always in demand.

That makes two of us. I really wanted to get those. The 18x10.5 is what kills me though. Loss of sidewall and jump in price of tires from 17s. Two 315/35r17s can be had for almost the same price as one rear for the 18s.
