Thanks bud!!! Drove around a bit to see how they feel. Gripped real good..
I went ahead and went 17x7 upfront with Michelin's....I compared them to the yokohamas and mt street comps and had to go with Michelin's..in the rear went with the mt drag radials...love them so far!!!

Just ordered my Dark Stars, going with 17X9.5 front with NITTO NT05 275/40R17 and 15X10 rear with MT Street ET S/S 275/50R15. I hope they play and handle well together?

OK, will do. Wheels and NITTOs are here. MTs should arrive Saturday. Hope to have wheels and tires mounted next week. The NITTOs look real good. Looks like a good foot print with some water separation ability.

Finished installing the wheels today, happy with the results, waiting for warmer weather to try the tires out. Here are some pictures, just backed out of the garage. No clearance issues, just use the lowest profile weights on the 15" wheels, clears factory style calibers, with a few hairs to spare.

The Nitto's feel good up front, they balanced well, ride smooth, they give a confident feel but only have about 75 miles on them now. I suspect their gripe will not only help handling but also braking.
