Hey all looking for a nice sticky street tire 305/35r18 I was looking at toyo proxes nt05 or 555r any opinions?

Step up to a 315/35 18 Toyo TQ...little more meat, looks better than the 305. Had the 305...it looked undersized for some reason.

Haha thanks for the AWESOME suggestion I'd love to just didn't want to get in to rolling my fenders also only running a 10.5 rim was thinking 315 would be to wide for the bead. Have 295s now so at least want to do 305 haha

Bummer but it's worth it so I'll keep my eyes peeled for them be nice if I could find a set that's like 50% to test out haha

I recently ran into this same problem, I wanted 315's on 18s in the rear. what I found was most tire manufacturers weren't making 315/35s in a decent drag radial. i was wanting proxes tqs or nitto nto5rs but they were mostly 315/40 and 45s which will wanna rub on our cars due to being so tall. in the end I winded up buying 17 inch rims and now I run a 315/35/17 and all I had to do was modify my bump stops

OP, I've now owned all 2 dr's that you've mentioned and all were 315's. The NT05R seems to hook the best

I stand corrected, they do make 315 35 18s,I had to change wheels due to my old ones only being 9.5s and the offset was wrong to run a wider tire. if I were you I'd go that route for sure. plus they'd look badass on your car imo

thanks alot for all the advice so 315 will work on a 10.5 then with no bead issues? I figured they were more of an 11 wide rim tire...wider the better in my opinion lol. Got a while to decide there not in the cards for me right now unless I can find some used.
