Default Maxium Recommended Wheel Width...and 15x10s

Need new tires and might as well get wheels at the same time. Was thinking of 15x10 Prostars. People seem tolike the 555r, but looking at the details of them on jegs/summit it says max recommended wheel width to be 9.5? How does that work on a 10" wheel? I filter options to a 10" max/min recommended wheel and the price jumps by like $100 and selection is crap. Could someone explain how the 1/2" does/doesnt make a difference (apparently it doesn't if people are using them on 15x10s or am I missing something? Wheel/tire noob here, thanks.

Not exactly sure I know what you're asking, but I think what wheels width and how wide of tires we can run on our cars? Scroll down a little on the sticky here and hopefully this is what you were asking?
