What tires for my setup??
What tires for my setup?? Been doing quite a bit of research on these new m/t tires, can't seem to decide what I want with the given sizes.
My car is a 99 cam only camaro, Mwc fab 9" narrowed 3" per side, race brakes, 3.50 gear, and a spool. Th400. And a 200 shot. 15x10 billet specialties. Runs low 10's on the bottle, hopefully high 9's with the 200 shot
The car is driven on the street often but trailered to our local 8th mile track. At the moment it has a set of 325/50-15 et street radial. I personally would like to go a bit smaller, I loved my 295/55-15's but they are not made in the et street r. I wouldn't mind a 275 either but then I think I'd be stuck with the et street pros, which of course are not intended for highway use. I've considered bias plys to get the size I want but I'm sure the bias plus would wear a lot quicker than the et street r in the radial version.
Any opinions on what size and tire I should run would be great!
