Anyone use anything better than the Billet Specialties shank lug nuts? Something that already has the washer integrated? Switching wheels with these are a pain and they are galling up pretty bad over repeated on and off.

I am using the 999964- Lug Nuts, .750 in. Shank with Washer, 12mm - 1.5 RH, Open End, Chrome Plated Steel
