Flat spots on slicks?
Flat spots on slicks? Hello guys! Recently put slicks on my car! Had them on my car for a couple weeks with the cars weight on them. Took the car for a drive and the car was bouncing in the rear! Can flat spots develop that fast? The tires are hoosier bias Plys. Also noticed that when the tires were spinning with the rear jacked up the tires weren’t spinning in a perfect circle. Any ideas?

It happens. Maybe get the weight off the tires and overfill them, may help. Mine have been flat spotted a few times, usually I just put a few miles on them and they seem to straighten out. Hard to say, best of luck

One issue with bias ply tires, they sit, they flat spot. Depending on how long they sat (you say a few weeks) driving on them and getting a little heat in them can usually fix it. Now imagine it on 38" mudders....lol
