15x8 or 15x10 Dark Stars?

15x8 or 15x10 Dark Stars? Wheels have always been a troubling mod for me which is why I have never done it. So many specifications. I am going to get an S60 in the near future, and my car will be making 7-850whp - Plan on running the most street legal 'slick' possible.
Was going to keep stock length rear end. This car will NOT be a drag strip car. Its a 6 speed still. Street weekend fun project car. Also would rather NOT roll the fenders.
Is a 275 enough tire for the rear? Do I need to think about larger contact?
EDIT: Likely going to go with ET Street Rs. So my 28.x inch tires options are:
P275/60R15
28X11.50R15 << Will this be enough?
P325/50R15
28X13.50R15 <<Will this even fit?
