Default 18x9.5 40 offset fitment

Hows it going, black fridays coming up and im looking at a set of tsw nurburgring 18x9.5 40mm offset all around. From my understanding it should be flush in the front, but will it fit the rear without rolling fenders? Id be looking to run the nt05 295/45-18 in the rear too.

... is your car lowered ?? ...

... here are the TSW Stowe's 18x9.5 with a 45mm offset and 275/40's front and 285/40's rear ... then a TSW Sebring 18x9.5 just the rim with a 40mm offset ...

If you choose to run a 295 in the rear you will most likely have to roll fender
