The I guess it's a 18x10.
The only possible explaination I can think of is he found a way to fit an 18 inch tire on a 17 inch wheel!
Just messin, but yeah, they do make them. Remember the 302 Camaro? That had 18 inch Torque Thrust IIs on it....

Torq Thrust II's vs. Cragar SS
I personally like the Cragar SS/Bullet type wheel. My shop has installed many sets of Camaros as shown below:
17X9 Cragar SS wheels (not installed/sold by my shop)
17X9 Cragar SS wheels (not installed/sold by my shop)

18X9 Cragar SS wheels on my personal Camaro ZL1 (not installed/sold by my shop)
I think you guys get the idea. I really like these wheels. In fact I sold another set of them today to go on a 1999 Z/28.

I have been debating the same issue. I really like the Cragar but they are also quite a bit more money. I really like the TT 2's, but they are becoming a very popular wheel, and I really don't want my car to look like everyone esle's. If I had the money I would just go with HRE's or Fiske's. So much for shopping on a budget. I will probably just go with the TT 2's.

Sometimes I wish I had gone the bling route and gotten the TT2s just like yours on my ride, but I went the way of the straight line.....so I have prostars now and I love them! I am thinking about powdercoating them charcoal grey too. :yup:

Not to hijack this thread, but... The Cragar SS is the wheel I want. I did a lot of research and even went to a wheel/tire shop and they told me they would not fit on my car. I wanted to do the "classic muscle car" look (taller, wider on back).
Do you have to use spacers or do any kind of mods to get them to fit? Also, what backspacing would I use for 16x8/front and 17x9/rear? Price?
Thanks for any info.
Jim

[QUOTE=Arachnotron]I prefer the TTII's over the Boyds. I like the stepped lip.
QUOTE]
Exactly, the boyds caught my eye when they first came out (after I had already had the TT2s) but then I realized how plain looking the boyds were, there is no dimensionality to it and the spokes end up looking much too long with huge space in between the spokes IMHO.
