1999 Z28 Wheels & Tires Looking to get a new set of TTM's in Anthracite for my Z. Wondering If i should go with 18" or 17" rims. I have the pewter color.

Last time I looked there were more sizes of tires in 18

...I've been on the stock 16x8 rims w/245/50/16 tires, 3 sets of 17x9.5 rims w/275/40/17 tires, 2 sets of 18x9.5 rims w/275/35/18 tires, and 1 set of 19x10 rims w/275/30/19 tires over the years...I'm currently on 17x9.5 with 275/40/17 tires. I'll admit I prefer the look of 18's, so it depends on what your top priority is. If performance AND ride and handling are your priorities, go with the 17's. If you're willing to sacrifice a little bit of performance for better looks, go with the 18's. You'll give up a little bit of traction on hard launches and a little bit of a harsher ride with 18's, but they do look the best IMO.
