ive made up my mind on a killer setup...input?

Your theory is not correct. If you go with 18 x 9.5 all around the proper tires would be 275/35/18's which measure 25.7" in overall height (the same as factory). So even though your wheels are taller, your sidewall on the tire is shorter.
If you want 295/35/18's in the rear, you need a 18 x 10.5 wheel. The rear will sit approx. .4" higher because of the tire (compared to factory or a 275/35/18).
Any of them should bolt up just fine as long as they have the correct offset. Whoever you buy the wheels from can get you the correct offset for your combination.
