Would u go 18 in front 19 in rear on Firebird????Need wheel opinins?
I am in the market for a new set of wheels and was looking at getting a set of 18 in front and 19 in rear. Not really looking for a wide rim just a fat lip look. Easier on the rear end IMO I have a 99 Firebird was thinking of a company called ACE and the rim is called Spyder. I was thinkin of having the center powdercoated black with the machined lip. Need opinions. I can also get the same wheels in 18x11 and 18x8.5 Ace/ Spyder but not to sure yet. Choices keep Z06 wheels with black center and machined lip, the Ace/ Spyder wheels 19 in rear and 18 in front, and or the Amer. Racing 200S rims 17x11 and 17x9.5. Need opinions.

I would say yes to that but its a boring look. Have u ever seen a vette with 20 and 19 or 20 and 18. They look bad *** and it is different. everybody and their mother has the same billet wheels with the same styling. How about some orginality. i was orginally going to go 20 and 18 Z06 wheels but found these. But this i solely for looks when i race i will place the drag lites on. Not to put down your style but deep down i am a hot rooder custom from inside out. I can also get the same wheels in 18x11 and 18x8.5 but not to sure yet. Choices keep Z06 wheels with black center and machined lip, the Ace/ Spyder wheels 19 in rear and 18 in front, and or the Amer. Racing 200S rims 17x11 and 17x9.5. Need opinions.

Those Ace wheels only come in 8.5" widths in a 5X120 bolt pattern (that's a BMW wheel) which is fine for the front but not for the rear. These are my ADR M82's in 18X8.5" and 18X9.5".

I am assuming the reason for that post was too show that the traditonal look is not so boring. yes your car looks bad *** but i can pick out 3 other z28 and ss camaros with those same rims and stance. They told me that about the 18 inch offset that y i was thinking 18's in front 19's in rear. But r 19 to big for a Formula?????? Thanks for the watch out SOM SS

19" wheels are not too big for the rear as long as you get at least a 9" wide rim. You could use a 275/30/19 without modification in the rear and a 245/40/18 in the front. That would look awsome in my humble opinion.
