Default Z06 wheel question

Would 18 x 10.5's Z06 rims with 295's fit on all fours?

I think it's possible with the right off-set. I don't know about 295's up front though. Yeah if there is a way to get 17/11's to fit on all four corners then I believe the Z06's will fit. You might have to use a spacer up front and run longer wheel studs. It would look cool but I don't think I would do it on a Daily driver if that is what you have. I went to the does it fit thread and it says 17/11's up front are for race only. Good luck with the mod man it would look sweet.

I think that's a bit too much tire up front. Never heard about anybody doing that before. There is a sticky for this and since it is not listed I would say no. You could fit 295's in the front with a 17" wheel. Don't think it's possible with an 18" though.

Well I just found the answer to your qusetion on the does it fit thread 2nd page and it comes form Todd a Discount tire Direct. He says they will fit all day long with 275's on the front a 295's on the back. No spacers needed with a 54mm offset. He also says 285's will rub in the front. Oh yeah I also saw that he is running 18/10.5's all the way around. So he knows what he's talking about. If you need more info PM him he's very helpful.

why would it not be a good idea...the only drawback i see is that it is a little extra weight...spacers or adapters, preferably adapters, will be required both front and rear to run those wheels and make it look right...

Thanks for the replys, I have until spring to decide what exactly I want to do. I also do think 295's are big for the front but I also think it would look chumpy as hell, especially with the 18's...

Another drawback I see is he would probably have difficulty lowering it with 295's in an 18" on the front. I could be wrong though. Maybe BMR but probably not a prokit, or sprotlines for that matter. I could be wrong though.

I have 18x10.5 with 53 mm offset on the front and rear with no spacers. 295/35/18 on the back and 285/35/18 on the front. The tires rub slightly on the plastic wheel well liner at full turn but it doesnt hurt anything at all. I am not lowered so im not sure what would happen there. I love the way it looks, it fills up the front wheel wells better i think.

If you can drop it with those wheels and tires, I would. I think it makes the fender gap look more obvious. Just me though. What about lowering with some 295 30's? Would look better and may be possible.
