New M/T DR + M6 ? do they hook
So I am looking to get a pair of these new M/T DR (275/50/15 or 26.1" tall) and mounting them on my 15X10 weld Prostars, my car is a M6 with a 9" rear with 4.30 gears and was wondering if these tires are going to hook when launching at 5,000+ RPM? Anyone have these with an M6?

damn, that is my exact set up too! M6 with 9" 4.30 gears and I just ordered these tires for my 15x10 prostars. i won't know anything until March though. But I do plan on seeing many mid 11's with the current setup.

Thats awsome!! Do you have anymore pics of your car with the Prostars? Also do you run spacers or did you just grind the hell out of the calipers?
But no M6's with these tires yet with track times?

I bought mine from a guy with a 6sp. He said they hook well but not as good as his ET Drags did. He sold them and went back to a ETdrag. With the right suspention I think they are going to hook well. They hook damn good on the street cold with a 10 sec auto. Tha'ts about all I can tell you so far.

those are the best tires on the market right now. i launched in my m6 at about 4k and i still bogged off the line with no burnout. they dead hook and you should have no issues with them. i have the 275/50/15 on my prostars and you can not do any better than these drag radials..only thing is that you cant go more than 35-40mph when it is wet outside or you will be the next guy on the news who lost control of his car and killed himself.
