I have these HP's in 19". The bumps in the road are a little more harsh, but I do drive more careful w/these so it kinda evens out.

I can't tell any difference in ride with my 19s vs 17s. My SS is also lowered with Hotchkis springs, and still rides like stock.

No spacers required.

Just like Tony said, I didn't run any spacers. I did get a set of hub centering rings to center the rims on the lugs to eliminate wheel vibration.

In the back I did roll the top of the fender a little, but that's because I'm lowered 2".

what size are yours? 19x9.5 all the way around?

Your HPR5's look very nice. Those weren't out when I bought my Evo's but I probably would have got the R5's instead.

Mine are 19x9.5 all the way around. 275/30/19 Nitto radials all four corners.

dude did you really pay 800 for wheels only because they told me $650 and I think they were wrong when they said this because they have them on ebay for $530. I know the ones showen on ebay are 18x8 but still. did you mean $800 including tires?

These wheels are CHEAP. They are just 1-piece cast wheels like our stock wheels. Figure 800-1000 for a set of four.
