will the 2000 SS 10 spoke rims (17x9) fit a 1994 Z28??

You will have to grind the hub opening on the wheels a little but no big deal

You don't have to grind anything. The bolt pattern and wheel hub diameter is exactly the same for all 4th-gen F-bodies. This is my '94 with the 10-spoke SS wheels.
