Just curious on why you went with the taller tire instead of the 35 series? Based on my calcs, your current tires are an inch taller than stock. Might make your speedometer read a little slow

NineBall did you have to use something to center the wheel on the studs?

I thought Alchemist had to because of the BMW specs such as MR1911 stated

What does the hyperlight and hyper dark stand for? The color of the face of the wheel?

Talking

Nice choice of rims!! Interestingly, I was looking at the same set up for my black TA on ebay.. it's being sold by user " eurowheelsusa " .. did you buy from him too ?

What got me wondering was the offset => +35mm .. I believe for 9.5" width rims, the correct range of offsets is +38 to +56mm ?

Did you use any spacers ? How well does it tuck in ?

Post some more hi-res pics

I'm seriously considering the chrome version.. 18 x 9.5 and 18 x 10-11" would've been perfect!.. but oh well !

This is the look I am aiming for... it's one of our members.. but I can't recall the user-name

That's the same thing I was going to ask. Those sidewalls look a little tall for an 18" wheel and then I read it's a 275/40/18. Would a 275/40/17 and a 275/35/18 be the same overall tire height and the same overall tire height as stock?

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...foTireMath.jsp

275-40-17 (stock ws6) vs. 275-35-18 =
overall diameter is reduced by -.8"
sidewall height is reduced by -.54"
if speedometer reads 65, you're actually going 64.8
