Default Can I use a spacer on stock Z rims

I'm trying to get my stock rims to be flusher with the fenders...cuz after lowering the car and running 17x11 w/ 50mm offset for awhile, I can hardly stand the way 16x8 rims tuck in. Would this be possible with spacers, and longer studs?

If any of this is doable, could I still run my pro-stars and keep the stance they're at presently?
