Nitto 555R life???

What is the average mileage I can get out of a pair of 555R's on a daily driven vehicle?

I got about 3-4k, but I'm running a spool, so that killed them. 10k shouldn't be a problem with a normal rear end.

I heard that unless you like to do John Force burnouts, you should get 15k no problem.

15k is no prob at all. i had 13 passes on mine and still had 15k+ on them then sold the rims with them on and he added another 1,000 or so to them.

yea man ive done some nice burnouts and they still got alot of tread left, their the longest lasting drag radial for sure

If you got a spool in your 12 bolt they won't last 10K

No spool in my 12-bolt so looks like I am okay!

So how do these tires hook up at the track compared to ET streets? Does it take much burning out to make them stick?

buy a pair of cheap stocker rims and have slicks mounted to them. then you wont have to worry about tread life.
