They're "hyperdark". You can get hyperlight and chrome also. go to www.hpracing.com and you can find the EVO's and all their sizes, styles etc. Don't know how the finish will hold up since they're new.

The wheels are clear coated. They should hold up just as well as factory wheels no problem. Pretty easy to clean also, even though they look scary.

Wow they are clearcoated huh, man that is sweet, no polishing every so often like my TTII's. I might have to sell the TTII's and pick me up a set.

Does anyone have a picture of the hyper lights on a black T/A?

Clear coated is good to know! I can tell you that when you drop your 4-way on the wheels it scratches them pretty easy! Guess next time I'll cut down on the beer before I mess with them! I can't speak highly enough for the looks of these wheels (at least for those of us who can't afford the fikses, hres, etc)!

Did you get hubcentric rings with the wheels? Tony mentioned that he got a set for his and I was wondering what size ring they required.

Thanks,

Russell

Sorry No Juice! the way I figure, I probably would have done exhaust and that's about it on this car. Then I found this place. Now I'm broke and still planning future mod's. Damn this site...

Nope, no hubcentric rings for me. May do them in the future if I notice any issues at all with the lugs not staying snug and all. I've heard a lot of people have not used them and have not had any issues.

Okay- for those who have been wondering, HP just emailed me saying the wheels weigh "approx 26lbs". This seems pretty heavy to me, but I have no idea how much others weigh except the Privats in another thread that are 23.5.

Ptvolly, is there anyway you can get some pictures from behind your car. I want to see how the cars stance looks from the back w/ the width of the wheels/tires. Thanks.

Hola F-Buds!

I'm about to pick up a 18X9 Hyper Light package with tires, however I want to feel "secure" in turning, without the fear of having a lug(s) pop off or hearing "pops" of the rim adjusting with the hub.

Should I not worry, or do I have to keep "tightening" periodically.

Help!

Thanks!

Ruben F.
