I'm not denying that there is an issue, it' be nice to "narrow" down some of the issues . . . .
All of the AR lugnuts have the partnumber stamped on them.

This sure sounds like an install problem, not a wheel or lug nut problem.

If the wheel fits properly, was seated unloaded and the lugs installed and hand tightened, then torqued to 50 in a star pattern, then to 100 in a star pattern, the wheels are not coming off.
