Dave,

The RR 10's can be made in a set that i wanted..... the set that was on Noyzee's car....
17X6's up front for daily driving and to stay on the front for the track.... Then 17X10's out back for the street with some 315/35's.... drag radials if you perfer.... and the a set of Bolted D-10's in 15X9.75 with some 28" Hoosiers or MT ET Drags for the track. That setup right there is the whole reason they started making Bolted D-10's.
I was quoted around $2000 for all 6 rims...... then add what ever tires you want..... best of both worlds with no grinding ever.

i will likely do that if i can find a 17" tire that will hook. my 315 18" bfg g force drag radial does not hook enough from a roll. i need to be able to at least hook 2nd. not third or only 4th as my current ones do.

if mt made a 315 17 dr i would have probably ordered allready.

You should tub it out about an inch or two or three, and you can run 335/35/17 Hoosiers...then you can get a set of forged rims black centers with polished lip...But wont be too great in the rain. But it will look Bad. The tires are less than 300 bucks each the rims will cost over 600 ea.

bogart rr10 17s in front...d10 15s in back. nitto makes a 28" dr for 15s with decent tread wear. mt dr's are not so safe in the rain and i know this is your only car. call sjm and get it over with (he can do colors too).

Not any of the brands you mentioned, but theyre cheap and can be had with tires around 2k or under in your case since you want 17's. see page for more. I plan on buyin 2 more rims myself and getting them widened 2" next year for the big meat project

Yes, they exist. I meant my homepage. And I figgured every little bit helps. I was set on anything but ZR1's until I started looking around, decided to get them and I love them.

He's not going to hook on any small sidewall, 26"-tall tires. He's got like 900rwhp ALL THE TIME. I say some meaty 15's or step up to a 28" tall drag radial. I think you can find one for a 17 or 18.
