Z-06 Wheels
lookin into gettin some z-06 wheels for my '02 SS cuz i dont like the way it looks with the stock anniversary wheels.
the car is lowered an inch so i shouldnt havent any clearence issues.
want to go with 18x9.5 and 18x10.5( at least i think i do.....that why im askin for advice)
would this be a good combo for front and rear to give me a good stance.
im NOT lookin for the motorsport wheels i want a very plain wheel.
also, what would be a good tire setup to go with my new setup???

what size tires are you runnin??? it says you have 17x9.5 on the front...
i thought about that but i didnt know. i think 18x9.5 will be better for me on the front since im only dropped an inch...
but i dont think a 275/35 tire is big enuf for my front since im only lowered by an inch
my car has the Hotchkis springs on it and i want a good stance with my new wheel setup and i dont want too much gap between the fender and tire

heres a quick pic of my 18's
they're 9.5's all around but the 10.5's you're looking for will be really nice. I was originally looking for a 10.5 rear and 9.5 front but things changed when i came up on this deal that I couldnt pass.

I know a great place to get Z06 wheels. The sellers name is afswheels on ebaymotors.com, he's based out of Canoga Park, CA and allows local pick up to avoid shipping charges. He has many different styles and sizes. I bought my wheel and tire package from him for 1345. Tires were mounted and balanced, all Chrome 18x9.5 with 275 35-18 Dunlop drz's. Good tire for the money too. If this link doesn't work go to ebaymotors.com and search for items by seller name afswheels. http://motors.search.ebay.com/_W0QQf...sassZafswheels. He has even better deals on the 17's and he also has them in black.

Mine are AFS 18 x 9.5's all four corners with 275/ 35 ZR 18 Michelin Pilot Sports.
I will be getting a wider set for the rear so I can run 315's.
Also Car has a 2" drop, absolutely no probs.
