They will fit, you will probably need a spacer in the rear if you don't like the tucked in look that they will have because of the high offset...

Not too sure about the rear size, it's about an inch taller than stock. Is your car lowerd? If so I don't think those will work, I am an inch or so lowered and the 275/35 18 fits really well.

No, not lowered at all. So then the rears are gonna be taller?

245/45R18 are ~26.57 inches tall, 245/40R18 would put you at stock height (~25.6)

245/45/18 will be the same width as stock, which is good. So they are about 1 inch taller, I'm thinking I'll still like the look of filling out the wheel well. What do you think?

There's another set of wheels I'm looking at have these on them...

With the high offset in the rear I'm not sure if that tire will fit without rubbing. You'll have to test fit it and see if it will work. Did the person who had them before have them on an Fbody?

I'm trying to find out, but haven't gotten an email back. There are two sets of wheels I'm looking at, both of them are the same type.

Rear 18" Michelin PILOT Sport 275/35 ZR 18 +58
Front 17" Pirelli Pzero 235/50 ZR 17 +68

and

Front 17" Kumho 245/40/17
Rear 18" Michelin 245/45/18 dont know offsets

The first have some curb rash and are $400, the second have no curb rash and are $450 but I don't know the offsets. Did they make these corvette wheels with different offsets?

If they are the same C5 wheels they are the same offset. As far as I know they never made any aftermarket 97-99 C5 wheels.

i have 275/40/18 rear and 245/40/18 front lowered on eibach sportlines about 1.5 to 1.75 inch drop no rub. But i know that if i put a spacer on my rear the tires would rub the outer fender when going over bumps and such

Hmmm, then maybe that guy gave me the wrong offsets on the wheels. Does anybody with these on their f-body know?

I know that on an LS1 Camaro with Sportlines that the rears will rub the top of the fender well area. The guy I bought my set had this problem and that is the reason he sold them to me.
On my 3rd gen, it rubber the inner fender well down at the bottom near where the LCA mounts to the body. We hammered it in a bit and then I put on a thin slip on spacer just for a little more clearance. btw, I am running a 98 rear end.
Also, a 245/45/18 may look funny mounted on a 9.5" rim, tire will bow in at the top. The size I have on my rears are 275/40/18
