Seeing as how the chrome versions are very rare, I'd say the only place you would find them is on E-bay. I've seen them on there before.
Keep in mind, almost all the WS6 rims where polished aluminum and then clear coated. So if you have a hard time finding them, you might just get a set of stockers and have them chromed.

or the 01-02 mushroom looking ones?
If I remember right, the chromed WS6 rims were an option from SLP only and was pretty rare. You might try calling up Trans Am Creations on the offhand chance they might have some.

The 96-00 WS6 rims came from SLP, I think, and were left in the polished finish while the factory 16's came from GM. I guess GM felt their chrome finish was better or more durable. While SLP probably just wanted to save some money. That's my theory, anyway.
