what other tire can you run on the 17x11's or is it recomended and looks best with a 315....

You can run a non-Nitto 295. They look about the same as a Nitto 315 in terms of width. You can also run a 305 or 315 in any brand.

Right...well, there is noone in the car, and it's not lowered.....it's a 98, and some 98's are way lower in the back than 99's and up with their offroad look. Also, I have a few pounds of speakers and speaker box, and amp in the back.
