In retrospect, I suppose it is better to bend a rim than blow out a tire. A sudden tire loss could cause a wreck whereas a bent rim you can keep on going and get it fixed at your leasure.

I curious how you guys see it. Would you prefer a straight rim and a blown tire instead?

i got nothing, i think to get any kind of money is with a lawyer, but that isn't cost effective, this is bullsh&t, man I am PISSED... what to do but turn to the bottle....
