Default Chroming factory rims

Was just wondering if anyone has had their 2001 or 2002 Trans Am factory rims chrome plated. They are the clear coated aluminum ones. I have gotten various opinions on how well the chrome will hold up on these rims, and I really don't want to spend all that cash to get it done and have it be peeling in a year.Anyone who has done it?

A 'good' plating shop should not have any problems doing the work and having it hold up over time. Do your homework on the process and let your fingers do some walking....or sell your stockers and get some already done.
