Default Nitto 315/35/17 555r

Just got my new tires. What tire pressure should I run at on the street for daily driving? Then what is the best pressure for racing? Thanks

John

35 on the street should be good and 18-20 at the track might work for you... everyones are different....

30-35 on the street will probrably wear the center of the 555R to fast. I found 18-22psi on the street to be a good comprimise between traction and handling. They always worn nice and even. I've gone as low as 12psi at the track when it's been real slick, I cut some low 1.60s at 15psi with half decent prep.

I've heard to use around 25-32 on the streets, otherwise the centers wear out. And 18-22 at the track is what I typically see.
